Kendrick Lamar, the Grammy-winning rapper who also earned a Pulitzer Prize for his “vernacular authenticity,” is set to headline the first night of this year’sOutside Landsmusic festival, according to the daily lineup released by promoters Another Planet Entertainment.
Fans who make it to the three-day concert, which takes place Aug. 11-13 at San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park, will also get to seeFoo Fightersheadline the main stage on Saturday, marking their first Bay Area appearance since the death of drummerTaylor Hawkins. Meanwhile, the electronic music duo Odesza will close out the festival on Sunday.
Single-day tickets, which range from $199 for general admission to $2,199 for entry to the exclusive Golden Gate Club, will be available for purchase starting at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 19.

On Aug. 11, Lamar shares the bill withJanelle Monáe, Interpol and Willow, among other artists. The following day will feature the Foo Fighters as well as Lana Del Rey, Maggie Rogers, Father John Misty, Orville Peck and more. And to wrap things up, Odesza will help end the festival weekend along with the 1975, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Yachty, Noah Kahan, Cigarettes After Sex, Tobe Nwigwe and others.
In addition to the musical acts, organizers have also announced the daily chef and restaurant lineups for the Golden Gate Club VIP experience. Ravi Kapur ofLiholiho Yacht Cluband Good Good Culture Club is expected to serve up South and East Asian-inspired heritage cuisine to kick things off, followed byTyler Florenceof Miller & Lux and Wayfare Tavern, who will be offering nouveau American steakhouse classics on for the second day of the festival. Michelin star chefs Nancy Oakes andDana Younkinfrom Boulevard will close out the culinary offerings at the club with their New American staples.
