Bruce Springsteenand the E Street Band band are hitting the road next year, kicking off an arena tour of the United States in February, followed by stadium dates in Europe in April.
But “the Boss” did not announce any California dates as part of his extensive travel plans for the first leg of the tour, which kicks off on Feb. 1 in Tampa, Fla., and wraps up on April 14 in Newark, N.J.

The second leg of the North American tour with the E Street Band—drummer Max Weinberg, bassist Garry W. Tallent, keyboardist Roy Bittan, guitarists Steven Van Zandt and Nils Lofgren, and latetenor saxophonist Clarence Clemons’ nephew, Jake Clemons— launches in August and will almost certainly include some dates closer to home.Those dates have yet to be announced.
The tour marks the E Street Band’s first outing with Springsteen since the “River” tour wrapped in Australia in February 2017 and its longest break from the road since 1999.

The European leg of the tour is scheduled to start on April 28 in Barcelona, Spain, with stops in Dublin, Ireland; Paris; Rome; Amsterdam; and Copenhagen. It concludes on July 25 in Monza, Italy.
The group also plans to add dates in the U.K. and Belgium.
In 2016, Springsteen wrapped a yearlong run at New York’s Walter Kerr Theater with a double album titled “Springsteen on Broadway” and an accompanying Netflix documentary based on his memoir, “Born to Run.”
The group’s most recent release was the 2020 album “Letter to You.”
