Those who can’t make it out to this year’sOutside Landsmusic festival this weekend will be able to watch performances from the main three stages from the comfort of their home — no extra layers necessary.
Twitch plans to offer an exclusive broadcast of this year’s festival, happening in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park from Friday to Sunday, Aug. 5 to 7, with a free live stream scheduled to include sets by headliner Post Malone, Weezer, Phoebe Bridgers, Lil Uzi Vert, Wet Leg, Oliver Tree, 100 Gecs and dozens of other acts.
The Outside LandsTwitch channelwill run eight hours of programming daily, with a curated lineup of performances from the Lands End, Twin Peaks and Sutro stages. The stream will also include exclusive interviews, live chats and backstage footage.
Viewers will even be able to cast votes to decide what colors light up the canopy of trees in Golden Gate Park when the sun sets on the festival grounds each day.
202年土地外2 is expected to draw75,000 people per dayto the park, with湾区朋克图标Green Dayset to make their festival debutas one of the three main stage headliners, alongside rapper Post Malone and Grammy-winning singer SZA. Rounding out the bill are morethan 90 artistson six stages, including Jack Harlow, Kali Uchis, Rina Sawayama, Polo & Pan, Pusha T, Dominic Fike, Mac DeMarco and Kim Petras, among others.
The first Outside Lands live stream begins at 1 p.m. Friday attwitch.tv/sfoutsidelands, with New Zealand indie pop band’s set available at 1:30 p.m.
