Green Dayis not holding back with its 30th anniversary reissue of “Dookie.”

While the band members — singer-guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong, bassist Mike Dirnt and drummer Tre Cool — may be in their 50s, they have not lost their juvenile spirit. Scheduled for release on Sept. 29, the deluxe edition of the East Bay punk-pop pioneers’ breakthrough 1994 record will include the original album, demos, outtakes, live recordings and even dog poop bags.

They have also thrown in air fresheners, coloring sheets, postcards, bumper stickers, a paper airplane and other goodies.

Among the unreleased material included in the new “Dookie” set, fans will get the demo versions of hits like “Longview,” “Basket Case” and “When I Come Around,” as well as rough home recordings of material like “Christie Road” from 1991’s “Kerplunk,” “Haushinka” from 1997’s “Nimrod,” as well as the non-album track “J.A.R.”

The deluxe edition also features two live recordings from the same era, Green Day’s Woodstock ’94 concert and another set recording live in Barcelona in June 1994.

“Dookie 30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition” is available for preorder as either a six LP set for $174.98, or four CDs for $49.98, fromGreen Day’s website. Both versions feature liner notes by producer Rob Cavallo and writer Bob Mehr.
