Philanthropic and fun, Guy Fieri has always seemed so immensely likable — until now.

“Anybody who ‘normalizes’ or treats this disgusting fascist, racist, con man, disgusting piece of s— Trump with any level of respect is ALSO disgusting in my book,” White wrote in an Instagram post on Monday.
“That’s you Joe Rogan, you Mel Gibson, you Mark Wahlberg, you Guy Fieri,” he added. “This is a statement from me, not a discussion/debate.”
Trump, who facescriminal chargesrelated to mishandling government secrets, attended the event as part of his ongoing 2024 re-election campaign. Fieri’s appearance alongside the contentious political figure hastriggered substantial scrutinyon social media, as peoplequestion the loyaltiesof the Santa Rosa native and self-appointed Mayor of Flavortown, who earned acclaim for his philanthropic efforts during thepandemicandCalifornia wildfires.
This incident, however, isn’t the first time White has voiced his discontent with the former president. In November, he quit Twitter after the social media service’s new ownerElon Muskreinstated Trump’s account. The former president was banned following his role in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
“So you gave Trump his Twitter platform back. Absolutely disgusting, Elon,” White said at the time.
